HR ROLES IN NEW ERA OF DIGITIZATION
Administration work in the HR field was an overwhelming task before technology came, need a lot of paper to write, document fillings, consume many sources, space, time, and money. Even though, Information was needed to have fast decision making. If the data processing takes time, the company will lose the best timing in decision and accuracy.
Nowadays, Administration roles from HR part gradually moved into more strategic roles with the support of Cloud Data service, which accommodates HR Department to simplify Data collecting, Processing, and summary, which helps a lot in terms of recruitment part and tracking the history of employees. Management can easily understand the company's current situation, find the best talent, Even tracking the performance.
This transformation eliminates drastically repeated work categories “no brainer”, replace by self-service filling, so HR person level up into stronger position in giving meaningful insight for Management for fast decision making.

When people grow within the company, Training and Development roles will easily map the Skill required and develop proper Training Plan to read what future organization needs. The talent Gap is one of the challenges in this era of Agility.

DeleteVery timely topic... As you explained, An important reality with any digital transformation is that technology alone will not build culture or engage employees. Creating meaningful work will be even more important than in the past, especially with Millennials, who will be the majority demographic in the workforce of the future. Employees seek purpose to what they do at work and will be reluctant to use new technology if the work itself or content on the apps they interact with is not interesting, relevant and motivating. Employees must know they have room to create the future by being empowered to innovate.

DeleteOne of the biggest considerations for HR in the digital race is looking at talent – talent pipelining, skills anticipation and assessing potential future gaps, then hiring externally or upskilling existing employees to help future-proof the organisation for tomorrow. HR is responsible for its own transformation , using automation and digital, data-led processes.
